    PAYMENT TERMS
    To order an ActiveMLS™ Agent/IDX Web Site the client must submit a check covering the set-up fee, and any options, and the Annual License, Web Hosting and Service Fee, plus a signed contract to ActiveMLS. All fees must be paid via a credit card, or check. Payment of any monthly fees are due on the first of each month. See ActiveMLS™ Agent Managed Web Site contract for details.

    TERM OF CONTRACT
    ActiveMLS™ Agent/IDX Web Sites have a minimum contract term of 1 year.
