- A custom designed masthead (incorporating your company logo, photos and/or name), and matching colorized page elements for all pages.
- Five static Web site pages of your choice (i.e., Welcome/Homepage, Relocation, Career Opportunities, Community Links, New Homes/Construction, Mortgage Services, Title Services, Contact Us . . . Content provided by client or via Broker Reciprocity/IDX download)
- Your choice of QuickSearch, Expanded Search, and Auction Search pages.
- Flexible search -- browse properties by MLS number, street address, street number, property type, price, area/location, school district, number of bedrooms and baths.
- ActiveMLSTM pages/links, including, Property Search Results Pages; Property Detail Pages with, Photo Gallery, Location Map Link, Schedule a Showing, and Broker branded printable Property Brochures; automated Agent and /or Office Directory Pages
- Automatically uploads Broker Reciprocity/IDX property listings from the MLS database
- Automatically uploads photos from the Broker Reciprocity/IDX database. If photos are not uploaded for a property, a "photo not available" image will be automatically displayed for the listing.
- ActiveMLSTM Browser-based Management Tool allows your office administrator(s), to enter, or change, Agent or Office information, create automated Agent Profile Pages, Agent and/or Office Directory Pages, and export Office Phone Directories (CVS, Excel spreadsheet formats)

To order an ActiveMLS™ Custom Broker/IDX Web Site the client must a check covering the set-up fee, and any options, the Annual License and Service Fee, the first months Web Hosting Fee, plus a signed contract to ActiveMLS. ActiveMLS™ Custom Broker/IDX Web Sites have a minimum contract term of 1 year.
